Sunday, February 11, 5:30 – 7:30pm, Partner Yoga for Friends or Lovers – Play. Laughter. Joyful movement. Deep connection. Spontaneity. Shared experience. Communication. Trust.
These are just a few words that have been used to describe the partner yoga experience.
Give. You will learn how to support your partner in various poses. Receive. You will lean how to completely let go and to trust.
As you learn to support others, you end up allowing yourself to be supported. This is a fundamental of trust: take control by letting go.
This is not an acro workshop, though the elements of AcroYoga will be explored. “AcroYoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing arts. All levels of practice are welcome. The aim of the workshop is to make it accessible no matter one’s body type, age, flexibility or strength. Modifications can always be made to accommodate Every Body!

Parkland College Occupational Therapy Assistant program unites with the CU community to support the OTA community in Houston, TX and Puerto Rico. The proceeds will benefit Occupational Therapy Assistant programs that were devastated by Hurricane Harvey.

Private Yoga Sessions are available for those looking to enhance their yoga practice with one-on-one instruction. Sessions are booked by the hour. Your very first session with me is at a special rate of $45.
$65/hour for each individual session after that.
$60/hour if you pre-pay and book at least 4 sessions in advance.
