Customized Yoga:
Custom Yoga is perfect for your next board meeting, staff retreat, or outing.  Each customized yoga session can be crafted to fit the location and the needs of those attending.
Examples include yoga for stress reduction, gentle yoga, restorative, candlelight, yoga for weight management, and core yoga.

Gentle Yoga:
This class offers a gentle approach to the practice of yoga and is appropriate for all levels.  Whether you are new to yoga or an advanced practitioner, this class is intended to slow down the pace of life, reduce stress and increase energy.
Modifications and props are often used to maintain proper body alignment and to enhance one’s practice.   Restorative poses, meditation, breath-work, and (doTERRA) essential oils are also incorporated to heal the nervous system and strengthen the mind/body connection.
Students may prefer a gentle yoga class to help reduce chronic pain, recover from injury or illness or as a way to cope with the stresses of life.

Yoga Challenge/Flow:
Expect challenging asana (poses) and strong standing poses intended to tone and strengthen muscles, reduce stress, and move energy through the body. Mindful flow (vinyasa) is incorporated to warm and open the body for better health and vitality.
Meditation, breath-work, and (doTERRA) essential oils are incorporated to enhance one’s practice, heal the nervous system and strengthen the mind/body connection.
Beginning students are welcome to attend this class. It is suggested that students be able to safely and easily get down on to the ground without assistance, and have no significant injuries.

Introduction to Yoga:
This class is intended for the true beginner and will also benefit those who may have just started their yoga practice, or those who have been away from the mat for some time.

Chair Yoga:
Offering yoga to those who may not have time to slip into comfortable yoga clothes and come to their mat. It’s a way to relieve the stress of the day while remaining seated.
This class works well if the space is not conducive to the traditional practice of yoga or if there are concerns with limited mobility.
